I received a letter in the mail earlier that said that people that received their F5-2 visa in 2010 had to get fingerprinted anytime from April 1-August 31. I wenty to the US from March 7-22, and when I was going through immigration I was fingerprinted electronicaally. My question is, do I have to go to immigration to be fingerprinted again ?
