Hey, I have been googling these two questions for a little bit, but I wanted to write it in my own words to see if I was correct myself.

I have my clean cbc and my diploma, both of which I made copies of and scans as well. With my cbc getting apostilled, I plan to use a authenticator and get it apostilled asap. Pretty much all I do is send in my ORIGINAL copy of the CBC to the authenticator, pay the fee and wait? Do I have to fill any forms required by the U.S. government or anything online???

Also, my second question was regarding the degree. I live in New Jersey but went to school in New York. I have a copy of my diploma. Unlike the cbc which required the original, all I need is a copy of the diploma? So, all I have to do is to get the copied diploma NOTARIZED, fill out the secretary form of New York to get my diploma apostilled, pay the fee, and then wait?

Just to reiterate, for expediting apostille services like USlegalization, all you do is mail in the cbc and they do the rest? Don't you have to fill out a form?
