Has anyone worked there before? It's a small school near Gangnam. I am waiting for contact info from current teachers, but I thought I would ask here as well.

Hours are 9-6 and they offered 2.35 million/month. I haven't seen a contract yet though.

If you have any info that would be great! I found almost nothing by searching google, and nothing on Dave's.

In case anyone was wondering, the Director refused to give me contact information for current teachers. Big red flag.

I did my own research and found a few teachers that worked there within the last year. The place is falling apart. Lost a lot of money, changed Directors and some did not get flights paid for, some did not get severance. Paid new teachers 80% of salary because they were only "interns". God only knows what else.

Obviously I am not taking this position, and I would advise others not to as well. It sounds like this place is being run into the ground.

For anyone who wants more information, a few other teachers that worked there got in touch with me as well. They had similar issues. Some had to threaten not to come to work in order to get paid. They only got paid on time twice in the 7 months there. One teacher is even still owed money from the school.

The director left halfway through the year and filed for bankruptcy. The new owners were previous financial investors and have no idea how to run the school (according to past teachers).

Definitely stay away from this school.
