Let's say I work for employer A, B, and C in one year. If employer A says they are going to file my taxes for me, will they see my income from employer B and C?

Note: B and C report the income to the government and tax is taken out.

File your own taxes. It isn't rocket science and yes, employer A will have to know to file properly.

Sorry for not responding sooner. Dave's locked my account because i changed my email address Mad

I have been filing my own taxes since I came to Korea.

However, if employer "A" says they are going to file them for me, maybe this is a miscommunication/language problem and they only mean that they are going to report my income from them?

Is there any way for A to find out information about B & C if I do not provide the information to them myself?

No, but the tax office will. You only file 1 return each year (not 1 return for each employer).
If employer A is filing your return then they need to know about B and C.

If they file without that knowledge then your tax return is (with your knowledge) not correct (tax fraud anyone?).

Ok. I will sort things out with the tax office if it comes to that. I'm not trying to commit tax fraud and will happliy tell them whatever they need. My only concern was the tax office giving employer A information about employers B & C. I would think that information would be private.

This notion that someone else is telling me they are filing my taxes for me is what I don't understand. There's a lot of private information that goes into filing taxes (moreso than how many employers you have) and I don't feel as though I should have to give that information to an employer so they can file my taxes for me. And the tax office certainly should not give them the info (my worry).

I suppose I just tell employer A that I want to file my own taxes and hopefully that'll be the end of that.

It's not only about taxes. What visa do you have? If you don't have the right visa or permission from immigration you would be guilty of violating the conditions of your sojourn and be liable to criminal prosecution, fines, incarceration and deportation.
