I worked this programme last winter, and am still waiting for payment. All the teachers hired were left unpaid as they claimed that someone else was in charge of paying. My wife had a few long conversations with all in charge, and they all refused to take responsibility for paying. 2 other teachers went to the offices of the camp organisers in Seoul, and they refused to pay, and then banned them from returning to the offices.

DO NOT WORK THIS CAMP!!!!

You want your money, then take them to court as a class action claim against the company. The Global Center might have a labor attorney that might be able to help you out, but I do not have their number.

I worked 2.5 days, so was 300,000 Won out of pocket. It wasn't worth the hassle of the procedure and costs (travelling to and from Seoul - that's where the company is based, or Jeju - the place of the camp) that may be incurred . Other teachers were owed more money. I simply wanted to make sure no other teachers got into a situation where they are also due money.
