apart form the usual korean characteristic of not telling me shit if i dont ask about schedule changes, my boss and supervisor are both very friendly. They confer with me when ordering books, put their heads in the door and say hello everyday, never bother or chastise me, bollock kids if i ask them too, dont give me more than 16 hours a week teaching because they dont want to bother me (i never understood that one) and give me wads of cash and food on public holidays.

i cant complain at all. Id say 9 out of ten.
