Been I awhile since I have been back to Korea (2009).

We are heavy data uses more then phone callers.

Would rather bring my smart phone from home but is there a reasonable prepay plan out there that can help?

Also need a basic prepay play for my daughter to keep her safe.

I tried searching Dave's but go a lot of unrelated posts back so I hope someone can help.

Another question will be what handsets work in Korea.
all I could find was that work on CDMA.

I do have a fancy phone that looks like it works on most frequencies but more info would be great if you can help.

There's a thread on that topic - but unfortunately no specific successful experiences.
