Legal for an E2 visa holder?
Or is there a different visa for contracts under 1 year? |
Under 90 days = C4
Over 90 days = E2.
Yes, a 6 month contract or a 6 month extension to a contract is legal.
Would an employer be willing to hire someone for just one term? Unlikely, unless they are desperate.
Would they be willing to extend for a short period of time = negotiable since you are a known entity to them.
