I like the Doosan Donga's Prime Kor/Eng dictionary's functionality, but it's absurdly big (over 1 gigabyte). The Kor/Eng ClearDic is also not bad; it's got fewer features, but it's both smaller and cheaper. Finally, if you've got a data plan you can always just use Naver dictionary for free, either through it's dedicated app, or through your Internet browser.
