I have a friend who is a dual citizen of the U.K. and the U.S. He overstayed his visa a couple of years ago and was banned from entering Korea on his British passport. He came back using his U.S. passport. He was issued a new E-2. Now he's paranoid. He thinks immigration will eventually figure out his game. Should he worry? Is this illegal? Thanks. |

IF he was actually banned (labeled persona non grata) then he has some worry.
IF not then no worry.
