Hey, everyone

So it's been raining for the last week or so all day, every day. I live in a basement apartment and the water is seeping through parts of the wallpaper and leaking onto the floor. I spoke with my landlord (mostly in Korean) and they said that someone will come on Saturday, but I just want to have another number/person to call just in case. Our communication, while mostly sufficient at times, isn't perfect as he doesn't know a whole lot of English and my Korean is only basic conversational.

Does anyone have a resource for this type of problem? I'd appreciate the help! Thanks.

Call the Global Center. A quick google search and you can find the number. They might be closed on the weekends though.
