Hi I'll be in Seoul this weekend and I'm looking to sell my modified Wii.

100,000 원

Basically you can load any Wii game or Gamecube off an external harddrive. You can download games many places online.

I will include New Super Mario Bros. Wii and Super Smash Bros. Brawl (physical copies) as well as a Gamecube controller and memory card. Also included is a 2GB MicroSD (for game save data and the software to boot ISO's) all set up and ready to go.

Please contact me with any questions.

-Tim

---Some Technical Stuff---

A couple of issues:
1) When I tried running the actual discs the drive would not read them. Maybe it's just dirty I don't know but I can't guarantee the DVD drive works. Not a problem for me as I played all of my games via USB. So you can sell the physical copies if you want.

2) For some reason changing the format kept the Mii, WiiShop, and other channels from working. I never needed to use these so it didn't bother me. I only used the Wii for games.

It is a Korean Wii that has been switched to US format. It can play all Wii and Gamecube ISO's flawlessly. It can run Wii ISO's off any external HD with no need to format (assuming your HD is already in NTFS or FAT) so you don't have to get another or format your drive. If you want to play GC ISO's all you have to do is make a partition at the front of your drive in FAT32. I can help with any of this if you need it. You can probably just buy an HD at the Yongsan electronics market with all the ISO's and everything loaded up already, but much cheaper to DIY. If you want any ISO's I can help you with that too.
