Hey all.

So, for us public junkies, this week is Exam week for the public system. Which means a week of sitting in our office and not teaching, for most of us.

So what are you doing?

I am planning extra classes, working on my Semester plan for September, finishing the last of my marking, and preparing a demonstration class to be watched by the whole school (Yikes!).

Hopefully somewhere in there, I have time to catch up on a few emails that I am massively behind on.
Even though it is a week without teaching, there still seems to be more than enough school stuff to feel my day (or 1/2 day as it were this week).

So what are all you other public school folk doing? Does anyone get it completely off?!

Cheers to the lot of ya

CC

Hey Canada
It's me from upstairs. I've got a bunch of excellent lesson plans if you want to trade, it'll save us both time and effort. Easy enough to tweak them for different levels.

Like you I'm jacking around at the desk, I should really be planning for next semester, however I seem to just be tidying up my lesson plans and files from last semester. I also have seven teaching days to kill before vacation time, 5 whole weeks whooohoooo, so have been busy creating and finding fun things for the students to do.

Anyway let me know if you want to swap.

More info than I need or want to hear!!

Still working 6 hours a day in the hokwan, finishing at 7.30 every night. With extra curricula activities I am still doing 37 hours a week!

And will continue to do so until the honeymoon in september and then all the way through to february!!
