All prices are negotiable. Oh, and yes, I realize I'm also trying to rent a "furnished" apartment on here. But I'm selling what individual I can, to be make sure I can get at least some of my money back in case nobody wants a furnished apartment.

Whatever furniture I sell will be reduced from the move-in price.

What model is your TIVA TV? Because 32" TIVAs are sold new on gmarket for less than you're pricing yours for.

Yeah... someone (maybe you?) e-mailed me saying the same thing. Anyway... guess that sucks for me I bought this thing less than six months ago and it (and every other TV of its size) were going for 400,000 - 500,000.

Not me... I got the 37" a couple months back for around that amount Cool Didn't mean to impinge upon your sale, your spot looks like a great deal, and someone on CL will probably scoop up the TV up for that price, anyway. Gmarket sells those TVs cheap, though.

Yeah... after I got the e-mail about it I changed it from 400,000W to 300,000W. Don't want to lose much more than that, but maybe I'll have to.
