What's deal with getting non renewed? Quick work elsewhere? I use to hear a lot of this on here and people just going to another province or going to GEPIK or another entity. Some just go to hakwons. So, what's the deal there? Not planning on leaving anytime soon. I've still got 11 months left on this old EPIK contract. But honestly one school really grinds on me. I think I've just reached the point I won't accept any remotely racist slights. If that gets me booted next year, so be it. I know there's China and other jobs. But, what happens in Korea? How many of you have quickly landed a new job? (I have seen salaries slowly starting to rise again on some of these job boards.) I know the D10 gives one time to look for another good job. Just curious on some of your experiences. Prob come to nothing as my main school still loves me like peaches! Ha ha.
