For those that have ordered from iherb, how long does it typically take to receive your package?
My small order (2 bottles of vitamins D/B12 and bread crumbs) was shipped 18 days ago, and I'm not sure if this a normal wait time. I emailed iherb and they told me it could take up to 6 weeks! This is my first order with them and I just assumed it would be here within a week or two. |

For the airmail stuff it takes about two to three weeks. For the express option less than a week. It's holiday time so all deliveries are probably backlogged. |

Thanks for the reply. I didn't take into account all of the holiday mail. |

I did normal shipping and got my stuff in about 2 weeks. But the holiday will probably make it slower. |

I get the Express CJ shipping and it's typically 4-6 workdays. BTW, NB. Now iherb are saying that we need to put our ARC card number on our orders. |

I read about that too. They started doing it a few days after I ordered. Now packages will go through Incheon (requiring the ARC #) and then handed off to the local postal people. This method means all shipments will have tracking. It sounds like a good thing. |

Shipments done using Express CJ had tracking before. Are they asking Koreans to put in their registration numbers as well, or just foreigners? I'm wary of giving out my ARC number unneccessarily. |

I've ordered from them quite a few times and I live out on the coast of Gangwondo and I still usually get my packages within about a week to a week and a half.
One time, though, it got held up at Customs (no idea why, there was nothing remotely questionable in it) and so it took 3 or 4 weeks. |

I've always had it delivered by CJ and it's been less than a week. I just tried to use the Korean Postal service option they're now offering since it was $6 cheaper and it said 4-6 day delivery time, but it wouldn't accept my ARC number.
I e-mailed i-herb and they said only Korean IDs are accepted so it's back to CJ.
FYI, they're running a 10% discount for all orders $60 or more. |

I just received a package today that arrived four days after it was shipped. (I live in Seoul.) Sometimes, it has taken up to a week and a half.
I tried the new shipping method but for whatever reason iHerb's form wouldn't accept my ARC number. I tried a few times and then just went with the slightly more expensive shipping. Anyone else run into that problem? |

Well, if it's not here by next week then maybe I'll ring customs up. Has anyone ever had to do? I wonder if they'll even talk to me. hrm... |

I bought some items from iHerb on March 8 and it arrived here on March 14 and the shipping was only $12. Really great website with a nice variety of products.
The website took my ARC and allowed me to choose Korean post. |

Good question. In the new year, iherb made some changes with Korean deliveries. Thus my feedback that it hasn't effected the time the parcels take to get here. |
