my boyfriend and i are just out of college, and we have no immediate plans to get married- we both want to teach in korea, but this plan hinges on us being close by each other (as we are currently long distance)
but it seems like not being married might be a problem when it comes to securing jobs that are close by- ideally we'd like to work within 10-30 minutes of each other so that we could live in the same place and one of us could take the rent stipend
i have been to korea before and my dorm was very strict about guys being in the building (it was an all girl's school) i realize this is a very different situation but i know korean culture can be conservative on issues like this
any advice? |

Get jobs in the same area = yes.
Sharing apartments....
Public school and it is an issue (non married couple sharing accommodation).
Work at a hagwon and they usually don't care.
