I'm finishing up with SMOE at the end of August
and I'm wondering when I get the exit allowance and severance?
Is it SMOE or my school that's paying them? |

It is your school that pays you the money. However, it's also your school that requests the money from SMOE. So I advise you to get with your co-teacher and the administrator to get the ball rolling so you'll be paid on your last day. |
