|
|
I've been in Korea for slightly over a year now and am embarrassed to admit that I do not know if I need to do a visa run or not...
I have an F4 visa and on my visa it says the period of sojourn is 1 year. Since it's been about 14 months, does that mean I am technically in Korea illegally and need to do a visa run asap? Any help or info would be appreciated. |

There should be a date on your ARC Card. I don't think F-visas do visa runs, they just go and reapply. Not sure what you should do though. |

You don't re-apply, you extend. I guess you just got the F-4 because I get three years of sojourn on my F-4, but I've had it since 2005. |

Yours is only good for 1 year? I got mine 2011 and it's for 3 years. Did they recently change something? |
