Anyone know an English speaking plumber?

The drain in the washroom is clogged with something. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do.

I took some chopsticks and a long stick to try to unclog it, but only ended up pulling up some grey stuff, and now the washroom floor is dirty. I took a plunger to it, but nada.

I've read there is a long stick I can buy that's like a hook or something? Can anyone with previous experience please chime in as I've never dealt with drains before. Will something like Draino work do you think?

Thanks.

Go to a supermarket and buy yourself a bottle of 펑-펑 (sounds pung-pung). It's acid. You pour and wait 30min. If the drain is still blocked then what the #hell have you been plushing down?

That stuff sucks. Plungers are more effective.

Daiso. Buy a long piece of plastic with hooks along the sides of it for getting out the stuff in drains for 1000won. Works like a charm. Bathroom section.

I used this and it worked like a charm. Takes about 4-5 tries but you get out all the crap stuck in there.
