Go to the US.
When it comes to surgery or something of this nature, you need the best. I wouldn't trust a korean doctor or specialist with something this important. |

Yes, go to the US. It is the best. Just ignore the 37 countries with better healthcare according to the UN. They don't count because they ain't in the good 'ole US of A.

Its still better than Korea though isn't it, genius?
In any case throwing statistics as some sort of kneejerk patriotic defence cannot counter personal experience, and I've found plenty of doctors here to be uneccesarily rough when handling patients or lacking in knowledge or expertise.
Yes, Korea does have a high standard of healthcare, but only in general practise. For common ailments.
If you have a specific and very important issue- such as the OP- and you are willing to spend good money, then seek out a western specialist. |
