In the near future I will be starting a correspondence pre-cal and then
calculus course.
Craiglist has many tutors BUT I wonder if anyone can recommend one.
I am in Seoul btw.

I did a pre-calc correspondence course through Athabasca University when I was in Seoul.
If you can't find a tutor (or even if you can), check out Khan Academy. His videos are great and you might find you don't even need a tutor. Also, you can check out Paul's Online Notes for a good algebra and trig review (pre-calculus stuff). His page is also great for calculus I, II, and III if you plan to take it that far.
