Why does every counter argument get met with the word "Apologist"?

It seems that it is fine to attack Korea (well justified sometimes) but as soon as someone counters, they are labelled an "Apologist". Are some people so arrogant that they think that any opposing position must be biassed by an agenda?

Almost every thread is strewn with shouts of "Apologist" when the individual seems to mean "I don't like that you are against my ridiculous slanted rant against a small aspect of Korea i hate".

It seems that we have taken a 180o turn on racism, and it is now bad to argue against it if the person is Korean. Seriously people, how did you graduate from a university if you can't treat a counter argument with respect?

That's because your counter argument was: lame, limp, panty-waisted, narrow-arse, snaked-hipped, pansy, sissy-mary, nancy-boy (more to come) and is a stuff of breakfast for bullies still in High-School mentality.
If you don't want to see your carefully crafted argument demolished by ad hominem then use BLUF (BottomLine Up Front). Denounce your opponent as racist, nazi, mommaboy, Dorothy-from-Kansas, fasco (more to come) before your reasonableness. Cool

That's only if you're tired of hearing 'apologist'. IMO it's best to humour them. They are living in an emtremely boring life, after all. Laughing
