I read through this link:

It says that to go from E-2 to F-5 that your income cannot be more than 4 times the average for the last year.
Any thoughts as to why?
I REALLY want to have an F-5.
I have been on the same E-2 since March 2010 and my Korean is basic/intermediate.
I understand that after 5 years (March 2015 for me) that I am eligible for an F-5 so long as my Korean is at least TOPIK level 3 (intermediate), correct?

I didn't see that on the link. I think your income just has to be 3 times higher than the GNI of the previous year. |
