Hi,
I am currently teaching in Korea at a foreign school. I recently finished my Master's degree. My question is ..If I apply to teach at another school next year how do I get my MAT apostilled etc. from Korea? ty |

Your BA needs the apostille.
Your MAT does not need an apostille or any other authentication (at least not for immigration or the MOE).

| You may want to be prepared with apostilles (state, not federal) on all your degrees if you are planning on working at a university. Hagwon/public schools really only care about your BA, but I started at a uni this last year and was required to have apostilled copies of my MAT for the school (they said it was for MOE, in Seoul). This could be a misunderstanding of the requirements on the school's part, which happens, but if you are shooting for a higher level job it never hurts to have all your bases covered. |
