Hi, I was offered and accepted a job but my documents are REALLY delayed because of a mistake my school made spelling my name (yeah, I have no idea). So the recruiter is getting angry, because she's taking the flack for it, and I totally understand her position.
I guess my question is, is it stupid to wait til I have the apostilled documents in hand to apply for jobs? Would I be likely to get something quickly enough to leave in a month? I am SO STRESSED right now because I thought I had something lined up before I leave.
Also I'm moving at the same time so this is just a total nightmare. |

I'm saying all this assuming the original position will have to go to someone else because they won't be able to wait... |

That makes no sense. The premise for you leaving earlier would be to be the ONLY one to get the job. You would get your documents later, and then you would get your E2.
If you already know that it will go to someone else, wait for your documents to be ready. Then, apply, get job. |
