Come sing with the Camarata Music Company in their annual tradition of Handel's "Messiah" this autumn/winter! The concert is great fun, and the rehearsals are even more so! Meet great friends from over 46 different countries since the inception of CMC, sing some beautiful music, and be a part of the largest international arts and music performance in Korea! Join the 70 person choir, 30 person orchestra, and sing! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! The only requirement is to be able to sing in tune with others, and be willing to work hard!

Seoul, Korea: The Camarata Music Company is looking for members, new and returning,
to join their choir, the Camarata Chorale, in preparing and performing their winter concert tradition, Handel's "Messiah"

Rehearsals begin on Sept. 15, and the concert is on December 14 (possible second concert on the 21st). New members are asked to come at 3pm, and returning members at 4pm. Rehearsals typically run from 4pm-7pm, with some “sectional/part learning” rehearsals from 3-4pm. Rehearsals are held at the Camarata Music Company Studio, located near Noksapyung Station (line 6) in Seoul (39-16 Yongsan-dong 2 ga, Yongsan-gu, Seoul).

Experience is not at all necessary necessary. Members greatly vary, from people with degrees in music, to people that only have “shower singing” experience. Age varies from 14-75 years old, and come from numerous countries.

기존 멤버, 신규 멤버 모두 환영합니다.


리허설은 9월 15일에 시작하며, 공연날짜는12월 14일(12월 21일 2차 공연 계획 있음)입니다.

신규 멤버는 7월 28일 오후 3시, 기존 멤버는 4시 까지 오시면 됩니다. 리허설은
보통 4~7시 까지 진행되며, 섹션별 연습이 있을 시 3~7시에 진행됩니다.

리허설 장소는 녹사평역 인근의 카마라타 뮤직 컴퍼니 스튜디오입니다.

특별한 음악 경력은 필요하지 않습니다. 카마라타 합창단 멤버들의 경력은 음악 전공자 부터 샤워할때만 노래를 불러 봤을 정도의 초보자 까지 다양합니다.
연령대는 14세 부터 75세 까지 있으며, 다양한 국적의 멤버들로 구성되어 있습니다.


카마라타 뮤직 컴퍼니는 국적에 상관없이 모든 사람들에게 좋은 음악을 제공하는 것을 목표로 하는 서울시 등록 비영리 단체입니다.
