| Which agency in Ireland can prepare a CBC that is accepted by SK? What is the process? |

No agency that I know of. What you need for Korea is called a
"Police Cetificate" in Ireland. Write to the local Garda station of your last residence in Ireland. Ask them for a new Police Certificate and explain why you need it. Sending a copy of your last Police Certificate will help. Ask them to post the new one to your family who can then send it to you in Korea. That's what I did. It will take about 3 weeks depending on the variables.
