How would you guys write your teaching experience on your resume if you are were to apply for a non-teaching job back home? How would you describe your achievements and accomplishments?

I left korea in 2011, applied for and got a job at a water treatment multinational corporation. Below is what I had on my resume for english teaching position. Feel free to be "inspired" by it.

English and Science Teacher, South Korea Department of Education; Seoul (3/2010 -3/2011)
➢ Independently developed and implemented the “Science in English” curriculum for gifted students
➢ Gained extensive experience in communicating with low level English speakers
➢ Developed a strong understanding of Eastern culture, business practices and politics.
