I bought a 2010 U.S spec Honda NHX 110 scooter from someone based at Camp Humphreys. Nice little bike w/230 miles on the odometer (110 cc liquid cooled fuel injected). Freeway legal it isn't. I tried my luck bringing my little scoot at about 2:45 AM enroute to Seoul on the freeway but was stopped near Suwon. The police were actually asking me if I wanted to sell it. After I told them that I had just bought it from someone based at Humphreys, they escorted me to the outskirts of Seoul. Its much different in LA and Riverside counties in CA the cops don't care and only want to take your money. |

haha thats funny that they asked u if you wanted to sell it. The thing is, scooters/motorcycles in general are NOT allowed on the freeway which is a good and better thing.
Good because it provides less protection (in my opinion )
Better because you dont have to deal with the crazy driving of a lot of koreans |
