If located in the US, how would I go about obtaining a copy of the family registry? (I'm pretty sure neither of my parents have one) Can it done at the Korean embassy? And if so, what docs do u need?

I've seeen a lot of info about what u need for a F4 visa, but not very much on obtaining the docs needed for it.
