I haven't downloaded a thing since leaving Korea in 2010. I'm back now and want to add to my library once again.

Back in the day I think I used Azurus? And then found whatever I wanted to dwnld on BTjunkie.

I see things have changed with BTjunkie and am wondering which sites are best for downloads these days.

Are there any penalties for downloading tv/music in Korea?
