Korean Culture Test for F5 Visa application????? HELP!!

A friend of mine is currently applying for his F5 visa at Cheongju Immigration. He has all his paperwork in order as well as his TOPIC certification. However, the officer at Cheongju Immigration says he must write a Korean Culture test. Has anyone ever done this before? If so, any help with possible test questions would be great. Thanks
