| Does anyone know if the department store in Busan Shinsegae has a bank open on saturdays and if they do western union? I find that the western union site is unreliable. Also what are their operating hours on Saturday. Thank you |

Banks don't open on Saturdays.
Busan Bank handles Western Union, but the nearest full-service branch isn't in Shinsegae or Centum City in general. It's in Centum Square building, across from Haeundae Centum Hotel. |

| Western union can be done at almost any bank. I've done it at Nonghyup before! I just dont know about the weekends. I know they have service in Seoul on sundays but its only for sending from what I know |

KB, IBK, NH Bank, Hana, Busan Bank, Daegu Bank hardly make 'almost any bank'. Shinhan is out, and so are Woori and KEB, Standard Chartered, Citibank among the ranks of major retail banking.
There WAS a Busan Bank branch WITHIN Shinsegae in Centum City. It WAS a special branch that opened on Saturdays. But this branch has closed as of August 31 this year. The thread of information you were basing on is no longer valid. |
