I cannot find information about ISP speeds that is recent enough to matter.

I am currently using KT. Have used LG in the past, I remember being mad about lag on the XBOX. Wife wants to switch to SK for discounts and such. I read that after the Japanese Tsunami SK really throttled their foreign connections. While KT do not as much. Can anyone tell me how they feel about SK?

Primary concern is speed for online gaming connecting outside of Korea. KT has been OK, still get lag when connecting with games in the states or Europe. Silky smooth to Japan. Speedtest.net says KT gives me:

ping-192 up-1.51 down-1.70 to the west coast of the US.

ping-57 down-4.73 up-2.32 to Tokyo.

ping-11 down-42.40 up-42.01 to Seoul.

Switched to SK. Here's the speeds:

ping-187 up-2.2 down-4.6 to the west coast of the US.

ping-57 down-34.85 up-13.12 to Tokyo.

ping-12 down-44.73 up-46.37 to Seoul.
