Anyone know of good sushi places in Seoul? I've gone to the ones in the department stores and they are OK but other places serve inedible crap.

I also know that Koreans prefer fresh fish in their sushi while the Japanese like their fish a bit aged.

Well, get "hui" not sushi, that is Japanese and Japanese sushi will not taste good unless you are lucky to find a Japanese restaurant owned by a decent chef.

Instead look for the following, sashimi/hui.

Awesome stuff and not Japanese.
