I am in Seoul looking for an ASAP residence for about a month or so for two people. Looking for central Seoul area, but open to other areas as well. I've checked with tourist information in regards to renting of an apartment or serviced residence but everything is sold out or not available for the amount of days I need it.

I've looked on expedia and agoda and other sites for hotels, as well as contacted a few online real estate agents but they are either full or above my budget. They told me this is the peak season in Korea because of the fall leaves and most of the places have been booked way before, or are available for a few nights at a time.

I'm looking for something I can book with a credit card, around 50 square meters or so. Two beds, shower, toilet, some closets and shelving, etc.

I am definitely not looking for a motel, guest house, goshi won, or a livingtel. It has to be a hotel, an apartment to rent, or serviced residence.

If anyone knows of good sites, or agents I could contact, I'd love to hear from you. Thank you!
