Hi!
My girlfriend & I have been living here for just over 3 months. We signed a year lease on our Officetel pretty much bang on Achasan station.

We're going to leave.

Still waiting to hear back from "the main guy" at the real estate, he's been uncontactable for around 10 days apparently. Though, I suspect for a smooth transition, we're going to have to find someone else to take over the lease. I will try to suggest just paying a fee to get out of the contract etc, but who knows if that's even an option.

So my questions is, how/where do you go about (being a non-Korean speaker) how to get someone to fill the spot?

Any help appreciated!

Travis
