I posted about this store last year.

There is a good place outside of Jongro 5 Ga station. If you walk out of exit 7 and walk straight for about 1 minute, you'll see a Woori bank on your right.

IMMEDIATELY around the corner, you'll find the store. It's right across from the Cheongyecheon (sp?) You should see all the stuff outside.

They have masks, costumes (and accessories), and other party stuff. The prices were good, and they have quite a large selection.

Thanks for posting. Will check it out. I'm hoping for a plastic skull and some big rubber spiders. Those'll be a big hit with younger students.
