I'm on the d-10 and starting a new job soon.
It will be more than 90 days BUT I have not left Korea at all.
Is the 90 day requirment only if you have been out of Korea?
Thanks in advance. |

General opinion seems to be that you do not need new docs if you start work again within the 6 month time frame.
And you can leave Korea for up to 6 months, any amount of time within the validity of the visa.
There are two threads on this:

Hopwever you never really know in Korea and my advice is to get new documents ready just in case. You never quite know who will ask for them or what will happen at immi. |

On a D10 and NOT been out of Korea for more than 90 days means immigration does not need new docs.
Out of Korea for more than 90 days on your D10 they they will require new docs to change you back to an E2.
If you are applying for a new job at a PS school then you do need new docs (employer requirement, not an immigration requirement).
If you are moving to a hagown then probably not but an employer can still ask for them as a requirement of employment even though immigration and the MOE do not.
