I stayed in a flat share place in Berlin and the land lady insisted that we only use infrared heat lamps. They are cheap and they work well enough in localised areas, but I heard that it can be really bad for your eyes.
Personally I didn't like them. I just didn't feel right. Its probably OK for a dog, but you should read the warnings about them. |
