I have been brewing kombucha tea for the past year, and now it's time to pass on SCOBY daughters to others to keep the fermentation cycle going. If you want to start brewing, please don't order dried SCOBY online-- that's just gross. I have healthy daughters looking for a good home local in Korea. Please contact me and I'll get you started with a daughter, a few cups of starter tea, and some other tips if you're just starting out.
No cost for the SCOBY, but if you'd like to include some home-baked or fermented goods, I wouldn't turn anything down!
I live downtown Seoul but I'd be willing to subway a bit. Drop me a line!

Chiming in to say I have a bunch of SCOBYs as well, and have started doing milk kefir, though I don't have as much available to gift as I do with my SCOBYs. I'm near Nambu terminal/Gangnam area, and available late in the evening (close to 10pm). I'd also be happy to give mine away free!
Hooray for fermentation folks! |
