My wife and I are in the process of moving to Korea to teach. She has just started with a hagwon in Seoul, while I'm still in Canada still trying to find a job. I don't have a teaching degree/experience so I've been having trouble finding work in Seoul for the fall or winter. Plenty of work well outside of Seoul, but that's not really an option unfortuntately.

I'm planning to apply for the F3 visa instead, go and live with her, and then look for work starting January or February while I'm there.

My question for you - can I change from the F3 Visa to and E2 when I find work? How would I do that?

Thanks!

If you have a 4 year college degree and you have all the paperwork then I'm sure it's not a problem.
