I'm not sure if anyone has been this far into the Korean legal system but lets see.

My friend got fired and brought his boss to the Local Labor Commission and won.

Then they appealed and it ended up with the Seoul National Labor Commission. He won that too. They appealed again.

Now it looks like it is going to the Seoul Administrative Court. Has anyone out there ever ended up in this court?

Any idea what to expect?
