Am I right in thinking that these days anyone with an F6 visa needs an apostilled criminal check to apply for jobs too?
If I wanted to do some sub work over the next few months, would that mean taking a short job, producing the CRB and then doing it all over again every time I got a new sub job?
Thanks |

If you mean a job as a teacher then yes. The rules are the same for an E2 or an F6 holder. The only difference is that the MOE and not immigration takes responsibility for your documentation
You need the CRC (as well as Copy of your degree and a medical) to work as a teacher.
You need to supply these to your MOE (through your employer) when the employer registers you as a teacher.
You only need to have one set on file at the local education office unless you leave Korea for more than 90 days.
No, you do not need it for other work.

As a teacher yes.
The MOE already has all of the above since I've been in my current job (11 months) so does that mean I can just contact the MOE and pick them up again? Or possibly direct the next employer to them?
I haven't left Korea for more than 90 days this year. |

As long as you remain in the same jurisdiction you just need to let the employer know that they are already on file at the local education office.
IF you change jurisdiction you MAY need a new set. Education offices differ on whether they will accept copies from other jurisdictions for a teacher registration or require a new set. There is no national guideline in this regard.

I'll hopefully be moving from Gyeonggi to Seoul (whichever office) so may need to do it all again.
Thanks for the help though |

Do degrees and other things need to be apostilled? I am starting to get my documents for my return to Korea from the UK and to secure employment with an employer in Korea so need some advice on which documents to get together for my potential employer. |

CRC with apostille.
Certified true copy of your undergrad degree with an apostille.

How does one do that from Korea? Fly to the nearest consulate to get it done? |
