I'm due to complete a 7 year contract in February and am wondering about what I need before getting my next contract.

Do I need to resubmit a new CRC (I'm from the UK) and do I need to have my degree apostiled again? I may plan to go on a quick trip for a break before starting my new contract, but I could always stay if it means not having to leave the country.

Thanks Smile

If you haven't left South Korea, I don't think so. As for your degree, once immigration receives the notarized apostilled copy it's put on file. You don't need another one.

Regarding the diploma, I believe Young_Clinton is correct but your new employer may not agree. I'm in the process of returning and while Kimmi already has my diploma on file my employer didn't care and still insisted that I include a notarized and apostilled diploma with my new documents. So don't be surprised if you're told to provide them again.
