I used this in class the other day and the teenagers I teach loved it. There are a lot of soccer fans out there and I think it's good to show students that there are famous Koreans out there in the world!
There are exercises that go with the article too which made it easier prep wise! |

The Koreans are getting the goals against the big teams in the English Premier League - Kim Bo-Kyung got a last minute goal against Manchester United the other week and last night Ki Sung-Yueung gets a last minute winner to knock Chelsea out of the cup. All looks good for the World Cup this summer!
I'll have to create a lesson on Ki Sung-Yeung now! |
