Is there something like bulk barn in Korea? I like to give my kids treats now and then but buying them at the convenience store is kinda expensive. Also stickers too.

Do you need a membership to costco like you do back in the states? If so how much is it?

Yes, you need a membership. I think it's still 30,000 for a regular one and 35,000 for the business one. The other places, like Homeplus, Emart, et al., also have bulk packs of candy, as well as stickers, for reasonable prices. Look around and you'll likely find what you want. Of course, there's always the Internet, like gmarket and other places.

If you are in Seoul you can check out Dongdaemun toy and Stationery Market for stickers. You get 30-40% off the retail price depending on how much you buy, even if you're only buying a few pieces.

Don't sweat the cost of a Costco membership. If you end up buying a couple bags of candy for class each month at Costco you'll save far more than the cost of a membership, and be able to buy other stuff, too.

Buying candy for class in convenience stores means you've already overspent more than the cost of a Costco membership. E-Mart,and other large chains, have much cheaper candy than convenience stores and Costco candy/snacks are cheaper, with more variety, than E-Mart and larger stores.
