I left my last position because they were habitually late with payment. I am a F6 visa holder my question is should I list my previous job on my resume.

Thanks for your advice.

Yes, either you have other jobs or this is the only one. If it is the only one then that is better than nothing.

If you have other jobs, you would still want to list it. Don't put contact info and make it general. Use the school before that as a reference.

It won't matter. I came to Korea with a passport containing two active work visas in South Korea and China and had a job in less than 24 hours when they knew I had pulled two runners in two countries in four months. I listed the midnight runner school (Wonderland) on my resume, especially since there were was a month left on my E-2 visa. After it expired, my current boss sent me to Fukuoka for my new visa.

I don't think that it will matter if you put it down. Just make sure that you have a good explanation - e.g. the school not paying you on time was causing financial problems for you. Don't give people the contact information for the school, and I would recommend changing the name of the school so that the new place doesn't look them up. You never know what stories the old boss might try to tell people if given the chance.

It will matter if you put it down. The hiring mentality is "now that we have this, we can get rid of a potential problem". You didn't have any teaching experience for the Hagwon you left early on, so why will it matter for this Hogwan. For the break between your previous job and this job put down you were traveling, make sure you provide immigration with a new passport.
