I spent Christmas day with my woman's family. We made dinner and they loved it. Smoked salmon and cream cheese, crackers with pesto, tomato, and mozzarella, onion soup, garlic rice, friend paprika, onions, and mushrooms with steak. Then chocolate ice cream.
We also drank a lot of beer. The only Korean thing we had was Queen's Ale (I confess, I enjoy it).
One of her sisters had just come back from a trip to Japan, and brought loads of weird food to try. We had smokey flavor biscuits with a cheese filling. They had a load of other stuff that was pretty weird.
The other sister was telling us about her trip to Hong Kong with a friend. She said her friend was a real drag. The friend said the local HK food smelt weird, that she would only eat pasta, and that she wanted to hang out in coffee shops all day. The sister was pretty pissed. The whole family jeered the friend for lacking any adventurous spirit.

After that we played a drinking game while watching Lord of the Ring (the second one).
Overall it was a damn good day.
Hope you guys had a good time.

Sounds good.

I was pleasantly surprised with mine.
Just me and my wife. I tried to make a decent Christmas meal and it came out not too bad for what it was.
One of my students sent me an sms gift voucher for a Paris Baguet cake so we went and got that. Usual cake from there. A lot of cream.

Watched Christmas Carol (the one with Patrick Stewart) and National Lampoons Christmas. Probably one of the most relaxing days I've had in months. Roll on next Wedenesday.
